Subjective User Experience has Economic Impact (Application Performance Management)
It's not technical metrics that are important it's how you feel.

About Us

Actual Experience was co-founded by Professor Jonathan Pitts and Dave Page. Together, for the last 10 years, Jonathan and Dave have developed the idea that IT infrastructure (compute, storage and network) will perform at its best, whilst minimising costs only if IT infrastructure can be managed from a human perception standpoint.
At Actual Experience:
  • We provide you with actionable information, not lots of data
  • We continually deliver new scientific insight via our Analytics Dashboard
  • We get excited about what we do, but we’ll try to explain it to you without hype!
Fulfilling that idea has involved a decade of research at Queen Mary, University of London’s Electronic Engineering & Computer Science Labs, to build an analytical model of dynamic infrastructure behaviour, end-to-end performance and perceived human experience.
Actual Experience was incorporated as a Limited Company in England in March 2009 and has attracted investment from the IP Group and angel investors. It is a joint venture between Queen Mary, University of London and Dave Page.
