Chief Customer Officer
Wednesday, 20 March 2019
At Actual Experience plc, we believe every user’s digital experience should be the best it can possibly be. We help improve a user’s digital experience by enabling Managed Service Providers / Global Consultancies, and their customers, to understand the relationship between performance issues across a digital landscape and the impact this has on the user’s experience of a digital product or service.
Developed from over 10 years of scientific research, we deliver analytics software that measures the user experience of a digital product or service and provides actionable insight into performance issues across a digital landscape that may impact on this experience. Our patented analytics algorithms help our customers to not only quickly identify and fix user problems, but also deliver ongoing product and service improvements.
Our unique approach to analysing a digital landscape provides actionable insight into how our customer’s users are feeling, leading to happier customers, more productive employees and improvement to our customer’s overall business performance and brand reputation.
We are seeking an exceptionally talented Software Sales Professional to join our Global Sales Team to sell our Analytics-as-a-Service into Blue Chip Consulting and or Managed Service Providers.
This is a new business senior sales role that will require a self-starter individual with prior experience of selling software (preferably analytics tools) into the target market.
In return we are offering a highly competitive package and the chance to be part of a fast growing, innovative new company in an embryonic and critical market of Digital Quality Analytics.
