The Role

To provide one to one support to the CEO and occasional support to the wider leadership team and board members. 

Key Responsibilities
Answering telephone calls, arranging meetings and providing executive assistance to CEO
Detailed diary management for CEO
Monitoring of CEO’s emails ensuring they are responded to in an efficient and timely manner
Arranging all UK and international travel for CEO and other staff as required
Preparation of paperwork for Board and Leadership meetings, ensuring timely distribution
Attending Board and committee meetings (in London and Bath) to take minutes
Assisting with organizing company events and awareness days
Assisting with presentations for the CEO when needed
Preparation and distribution of minutes to the Board in a timely manner
Liaising with the Board as required

Highly organised with excellent diary management
Solid administrative skills and able to work on own initiative
Ability to work within team environment
Advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Works well under pressure within a fast paced changing environment
Ability to multitask and be flexible depending on priorities
Experienced in dealing with highly confidential information
Excellent presentation and documentation skills
