The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, talented graduate as their first role, or sales professional early in their career, to break into the fast-paced world of technology sales. You will be working within an experienced team and gain a strong grounding in all stages of the selling process.
You will be supporting our Client Directors to develop their account relationships and ultimately sell our Analytics-as-a-Service into Blue Chip Consulting and or Managed Service Providers.
Due to the global nature of our business this is predominantly an office-based role working out of our Bath Headquarters.
As an early career role, it is recognised that candidates are unlikely to be able to provide specifically related experience; however you should be able to demonstrate transferable skills and or experiences.

Reports initially (during probation) to the Chief Customer Officer
Works as part of the global sales team
Works on an assigned client / territory alongside and ultimately into a Client Director
Works towards achieving allocated targets based on a mix of activity and revenue
Works closely with colleagues in deployment, product management and marketing to meet customer needs and grow allocated accounts
Supports Actual Experience’s overall go to market strategy
Key Responsibilities
Maintain a high level of client engagement, and satisfaction
Increase contact coverage in target territory
Create and develop organisation charts from engagement with client
Generate meetings for Client Director
Follow up on proposals
Be a general heart beat with account teams in targeted client base
Assist in qualifying opportunities alongside Client Director
Maintain a log of activity and input into the forecast
Raise awareness of our product in our channel partners & help drive engagement and activity
Provide feedback to the development and management teams as required to enable service improvement
Meet or exceed agreed sales targets
Skills Profile
Tenacious self-starter with excellent social skills
Highly motivated with the drive and energy to influence others
Comfortable selling style over the phone, email, video and in person and an ability to overcome objections, get past gatekeepers and identify key decision makers
Ability to grasp concepts, learn quickly and share knowledge with others
Positive, energetic and resilient, with a “can do” attitude.
Demonstrable track record of achieving or overachieving key performance indicators (personal, career, college)
Creative and innovative and comfortable with using initiative
Adaptable to the changing business environment and capable of handling multiple priorities
Independence with limited requirement for day-to-day oversight from management
Collaborative, with experience of both working within and leading teams
Eligibility to work in the UK
Easy commute to Bath Office
