Five Year Framework Agreement with Vodafone

Actual Experience plc (AIM: ACT), the analytics as a service company, is pleased to announce that it has signed a 5-year framework agreement with Vodafone, pursuant to which the Company’s digital experience quality analysis will be integrated into Vodafone’s long-term quality improvement processes and key performance indicators.

The Company’s analytics have the potential to be used across Vodafone’s enterprise and consumer markets, products and services. Given its global reach and vast number of end users, the Board of Actual Experience therefore believes that Vodafone has the potential to become a significant channel partner.

Actual Experience’s ability to analyse an organisation’s digital experience quality will ensure that digital products and services are delivered to Vodafone’s customers and staff exactly as the business intends, ensuring transparency to leaders across both managed services and the business.
