Jamie joined Actual Experience in 2015 as part of the operations department. Since then he’s developed and expanded the department to include the DevOps, Testing, Internal Systems and ITIL Service Desk teams. Jamie enjoys leading virtual teams who have successfully implemented customer success projects and initiatives relating to Cyber Essentials, Disaster Recovery and Business Contingency processes. Prior to joining Actual, Jamie worked as a technical account manager moving up to manage a team of Solution Architects at Claranet. Jamie is currently our Chief Operations Officer.
